Electron nodejs Desktop App with cloud storage

We are looking for a electron nodejs desktop app.
There are two computers at local network computer-A and computer-B.
Computer-A has a folder where energy meter consumption data stored in a excel file by another software. The excel file has 5 columns. First column represent date and time..next 4 column contains 4 energy meter's KWH values meter-1, 2,3&4.
Every day 12am a new excel file created and each excel file has 144 rows (every 10 minute 1 row will be added). Each file will be stored in a folder with moth [login to view URL] every month you will have 30/31 excel files .Each excel file may have around 144 rows (every 10 minute data)
computer-B has dual LAN ports one is connected with local network another is connected with internet. windows-7 OS..no other software installed it will be used for this project. We want a electron App deployed at this computer and it shall read data from excel files and store as a json format in computer-B every 10 minutes..So the app can easily access data for user.
The desktop App will have a user login&password
once user enter he shall have a form where he shall enter start date and end date start time and end time..enter tarrif rate 4$ per KWH. and click generate button
-A PDF file to be be generated as
End reading kwh - start reading kwh=Total consumption of energy multiplied by Tariff
If user didn't ask to generate a system report
The app shall serve a screen saver which can show weekly/monthly readings in Bar chart in moving slides( 4 slides each slide shall show individual column ) ...as soon as the user touch the mouse or touch screen the login page shall appear
Phase-2 of the project
The Data also to be uploaded to a web server automatically using the LAN port-2 at computer-B which can be connected to internet. A webpage shall render the same desktop app present reports.(we will host the page) you just need to pass the webpage files. So the desktop app will continuously upload data to web server so the user also can able to generate report .
We want electron nodejs as a desktop app which also responsible for upload data using RESTful APIs.
