HTML to Google Sheet Form Submission

Need some help getting HTML (possibly some JS) to submit form data to a Google Spreadsheet/Form as a database.
We're using Awesome Table to display the HTML (if you can quickly replace the Awesome Table directory, we would be willing to pay for that potentially as well), so this adds a bit of complexity as far as importing libraries and using scripts.
