KML generation - XML generation extension

Take XML Generation program and extend the use be adding the generation of a KML. Using the same positions Lat and Long available in the XML file create a KML file, with the same name of the XML. So at the end of the project the XML Generation program will now generate XML and KML files. The new software maybe called XML/KML Generation.
