Write some Software

I'm looking for someone who can take some scientific ocean wave data (that I provide) and generate a heatmap for swell height and animations for swell directions for a webpage using google maps. The heatmap overlay needs to handle panning and zooming as well. I can provide the data (via RESTful API), I would just need to know the format which it needs to be in.
