Hey... I will be real. It won't happen in 2-3 days. It will take a long long time to be fit and to remain fit. I will not give me any short time hack and it will take some time. Finally I will leave you at a place from where you can continue your journey yourself. I lost 20 kg myself when i underwent the fitness regime myself. I will preach what i did. Also no matter who u chose to help you out it is not a sprint. Its a marathon. I can only tell you what to do . You have to fight alone. I'll just be observing you and catching you when you fall. Best thing would be try to increase metabolism by gaining strength. We can discuss on this further.
Also for a home gym the equipment depends on your budget and the mode of training you chose. Some must have will be skipping ropes,resistance bands,gymnastic loops(if you wanna try calisthenics;they help in other ways too),a bench,rod,some open weighs you can put on bar,a pull up bar(in case you buy gymnastic loops it will work just fine), a squat bar,a yoga mat and maybe a cycling machine or treadmill(if you like cardio,have budget and can't really run outside)... These are just initial suggestions... :) ... Grind well... Peace out... :P
