Ich brauche Hilfe bei der Installation eines Wildcard SSL Zertifikats von RapidSSL. Das Zertifikat funktioniert bereits einwandfrei - es gibt aber noch Problem bei der Überprüfung: [login to view URL] Fehler: Chain issues Incomplete Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das das tatsächliche Problem ist. Denn eigentlich geht es darum, dass (hauptsächlich auf Android) Browsern ein Problem mit dem Zertifikat vorhanden ist "Die Identität der Webseite wurde nicht verifiziert - Serverzertifikat nicht vertrauenswürdig" Auf allen anderen Browser ist dieses Problem nicht vorhanden. Das System ist eine CentOS 6 Maschine mir Plesk 11.0.9. Bitte fixen gemeinsam auf meinem Rechner (bspw. per Teamviewer) durchführen.

Hallo, der Punkt ist, dass auch die Organisationen, die Zertifikate (wenn es nicht schon "Root-Zertifikate" sind) ausgeben, ihre Vertrauenswürdigkeit durch ein Zertifikat belegen müssen. Dadurch ergibt sich dann eine Kette von Zertifikaten, bis man zu einem "Root-Zertifikat" kommt. Sie haben offensichtlich diese Zwischenzertifikate nicht alle (richtig) installiert. Es handelt sich also um ein grundsätzliches (browserunabhängiges) Problem. Vermutlich lässt sich das Problem recht einfach beheben, indem Sie die Zwischenzertifikate korrekt installieren.
