Ansible script for installation of programs in a RHEL 7 machine -- 2

I have no experience creating scripts in Ansible and we want to create one for setup and installation of some programs in a RHEL 7 machine. We need it asap. Requirements: 1. Create one yaml script for installation of certain softwares in a RHEL 7 machine (just a few) 2. Create one yaml script for uninstall and cleanup of the installed softwares in the machines 3. Test both those scripts in some tool or server in cloud to be sure its working, before I actually execute it in our ansible.
