We have a QNAP TVS-471 NAS. We have installed the Hybrid Backup Sync app and configured real-time backup to a secondary Synology backup NAS on the same network using the "Remote Jobs" function. Since upgrading the QNAP NAS to the latest firmware update a few days ago, the job has been generating the following error every 5 minutes or so: [Hybrid Backup Sync] (Sync) Job Local->Remote_Job1 failed: Not a directory.!(-20). Begin to retry the job We need a QNAP expert who can troubleshoot this bug and get the NAS backing up properly again without any errors.

I have spent a lot of time troubleshooting backups on QNAP and Synlogy devices. I will need to do some due diligence to find out the root cause of this problem. Its possible the firmware update has changed some of the base level permissions used in the sync. I will need URL access to the QNAP and the Synology SSH access to QNAP (maybe Synlogy) root access or sudo root access will be needed as well.
