Hi there From your description, I think you may have to improve on the existing codec . I believe 2 seconds is a typo, as 2 sec initial load time is a pretty good thing. I can tweak the system to pre load, so the user wont feel 2 second delay as well. Anyway, I need to know more about the platform to clearly understand and decide where to optimize. Usually when we work with video pipelines, all we have to improve is the slowest node to improve it's overall speed.
