Setup Nginx and Haproxy under Ubuntu to use Http2

I need a well written (full sentences) instructions how to setup HTTP2 in combination with Haproxy and Nginx. The tutorials should have an introduction paragraph. The connection to the clients should be secure. There is currently no remote login to my server so you have to exercise the steps on your system and send me the instructions.
I am using Ubuntu 18.04
The following setup is needed:
- Haproxy is accepting HTTP2 requests and establishing a secure connection to the clients via SSL
- It is redirecting the traffic to backends which provide the actual content and are running nginx.
The tutorial should include all config file snippets which are needed.
