- Processing requests from application support
-Analysis of the incident and identification of all affected product versions.
-Constructive cooperation with the CLIENT, other service providers and Third-Party vendors, as far as necessary to resolve incidents.
-Where necessary, constructive cooperation with Authorized Users of Applications to resolve incidents.
-Providing short-term circumvention options, if possible, within two days, to limit the consequences of the incident.
-The initiation of the corrections to be carried out and the creation of software patches.
-Testing the fixes/workarounds.
-Assistance in planning the installation of the fixes and software patches in the production environment by providing the installation procedures and descriptions.
-Fix any errors that require changes to the database and/or application code.
-Where necessary, update user, system and operational documentation.
-Support of the CLIENT and/or other service providers
-Support consists of performing root cause analysis and providing workarounds.
-Close cooperation with relevant employees of the CLIENT to ensure adequate reporting of progress and effective resolution of production problems.
