Anime Artist/Logo Designer needed

We are in URGENT need of an anime artist to create a few characters and a logo design for our website. This will consist of 1 or 2 Anime characters in 2 or 3 different positions each - Female character preferred - we are looking for a more relaxed look - not super boobs or anything We need 2(two)311x103 tabs to put on our sidebars for the site - They will link to our RSS feed and Twitter pages. We need someone to be creative with these - use the characters and our logo that you'll make for something original. The graphic tabs We will show you our website so you can get a feel for where it will be - the website is anime/gaming based - we need someone creative for this! - Games + Anime. This is something we need in the next 2-3 days - We want to hire someone who will be working on this project 100% for the next few days to get this done - we want someone we can talk to - preferably through gchat or AIM for constant contact - if you are at your computer all the time, email will work fine as long as you respond within 10-15 minutes of our email. If you take longer than 3 days and have little to show on work completion and are not quick with those replies to email - You're fired. Easy as that - we find someone else. We have had a bad experience with artists from freelancer and we thought we will try one last time - please, if you are some spam company with general ugly logos and don't want to talk to me like I am a person, do NOT bid on this. I am looking for someone talented, nice and awesome - if you match this, you could become a long term "go-to" person for all our art needs (just like our coder we found here on freelancer) We want someone specifically experienced with Anime characters.
