attribute mass update does not work

Hello, the following problem: I am using magento 2.3.2 and wanted to update an attribute for all products. Magento accepts this command, but puts it under tasks that are not executed. What does this have to do with? Cronjobs run fine. I only need help/advice in writing. Thank you!
