Magento banner placement

Hi i will do this task place banners on the mainpage of 16 websites. There are 2 main websites with both 8 different languages. There are 2 banner visuals one for each website. It needs to be made so that the banner is in the 1st position of the carousel stay for 7 second and animate to the banner which was originally on 1st position. Banners will be delivered.
