Mysql CPU over 300%, due to Magento Indexer

Hello,

Please bid only if you know what it might be the reason for this problem. Indexing catalog_category_product can take up to 3 hours, having only 11.000 Products. This process causes mysql to consume a lot of CPU.

Configurable products when added to a category can make that category not to been accessible anymore and the reindexing is not completing the task.

Enviroment:

Nginx

Redis

Magento 2.3.3

Dedicated server.
