Safiya Website Upgrade

We are a jewelry company that launched [login to view URL] a few years ago. The website was created on the Magento platform. We would like the following aspects to be implemented: Front End: - Improved User Experience to Search catalog of designs on the Collections page. Although currently not visible on the site, our design catalog has expanded to almost 400 designs. We would like to revamp of the existing search filters so users can easily search through our catalog of designs that is specific to their taste. Presently the designs are categorized by jewelry type and filtered by gold type and price. We need the search re-designed in a way that customers can search by the style of jewelry (refer to [login to view URL] for an idea). It needs to be mobile friendly and laid out in a way that allows the user to swipe through designs and get recommendations on similar designs when they click into a particular design for more details. Presently, clicking on a design from the Collections page does not bring up more details. We would want this changed and the user should be able to view details of each design when clicked for details from the Collections page - The online collections catalog would be used in retail stores by salespeople to showcase designs that are not in stock. Authorized resellers should be able to view prices upon login and be able to provide a quotation to the customer in real-time. Normal web users that are not resellers would have to submit a request for price for any particular piece of their interest. - Improved user experience for inquiring on designs. The process should be easy and fast. Currently they need to login which I feel is time consuming. In only a few steps, the user should be able to submit an inquiry and we should receive an email with the customer's basic details such as name, email address, location and details of the piece they are inquiring about. The customer should have the option to be able to submit multiple inquiries at a time. Upon submission, we should be notified by email and it should also appear on the dashboard of the back-end and we should be able to use the back-end to email a customized template response to the user with pricing details and an estimated time for delivery. - Since resellers are able to access pricing information, they should be able to submit order requests via the website. This order request will be received by us and we can handle the rest via email communication with the reseller. Some of the important data fields we can obtain from the online request would be customer’s ring size (if any), a description of any particular customization that is required. - Homepage re-design (change video that loads in the background to a static image or replace with a new video) - E-commerce: Our current site supports e-commerce but we want the “Shop” section de-activated for the time being. Back End: [login to view URL] - Improved User Experience: Currently it is extremely time consuming and uploading new designs require a number of different steps. I would like the back-end redesigned so that uploading new designs is seamless and it should be done much faster. The layout and ease of navigation should be user friendly much like how Google Drive is laid out for example. It should be easy to upload designs, categorize similar designs (so the customer can be recommended these designs in the front-end), add details to each of the designs. - We would like the option of adding a 360 degree interactive video for each design in additon to our stock photo using plugins from a third party provider such as Sirv or webrotate360 and this should be accessible from the front-end when the user clicks into a design for further details.
