voucher generator and sms notification Magento 1.9.4.1 (read carefully)

We need an extension that will do the following by pressing the send order button : 1. Get shipping info, payment method, order total and generate a shipment voucher. The voucher must include all the info shown in the sample image provided. If the payment method is COD, this will be printed on the voucher with the total amount. Else if the order is paid via paypal, card or bank transfer then amount and COD service shall not be printed. We should be able to write some remarks on the voucher if needed. 2. Print the shipment voucher. 3. Store the order phone number and voucher number so that an sms can be sent at the end of the day notifying the customer that the order was sent informing them with the voucher number. The sms must be sent only if the number is a mobile phone eg 69XXXXXXXX . The sms messages must be scheduled to be sent at 21:00 each day.
