Strategic Customer Analysis: General Contractor, Architecture and Engineering Design Firms

We are looking to partner with a freelancer of excellence who can develop a well-researched, well-reasoned and clearly articulated Top 20 General Contractors (GCs) and Architectural & Engineering Design Firms (A&E firms) list, within specified industries, that we should target and why – the ones with which we should invest considerable time, effort and resources to cultivate enduring long-term relationships.
Our partner of choice will be proficient in market research, data analytics and be able to distill and communicate the essential themes from the compiled data. Existing knowledge of, or experience with construction-management and architecture and engineering firms is preferred.
An Excel template will be provided for data summary along with key criteria for stack ranking. A one-page narrative for each target market (GC and A&E) will be expected to provide clearly articulated context and clarifying insights behind the chosen firms.
We would expect an aggressive turn-around time, but we will not sacrifice quality of work for speed of delivery. A standard form Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required.
