I want to normalize the discrete fourier transform to its fundamental harmonic then from the spectral density function extract the kurtosis of the high and low frequencies. I want to find the spread of the data in the low part and high part of the output of the DFT. Please ask me any questions on this and I will try and explain. Please use C# as the code, I have examples of DFT in C#
