As per my understanding, Microsoft Access based application for the management of tenants, contracts, notices, maintenance and inventory is to be developed. Payment schedules, mail merge, past due payments report, inventory report, maintenance and contract summary will also be par to of the functionality. Hello! I've been working before on several property management databases (but not for USA market - for the UK mostly, and I am sure there are differences) and I know how serious and big this database can be. I believe I will need perhaps a month of serious, daily work of several hours to make it right, to have it with fully customized (and pleasant to see) interface and to be fast and usable at the same time. I am not using the wizard and I am not using a macro. Everything is hand made, built from scratch and I am using VBA to code the program. I believe we will need to use chat intensively throughout the project, but for the start, I will need all the (sample if not real) data you are using.
