We have CRM 3.0 on one server and want to go to CRM 4.0 on another server. When I loaded up 3.0 and tried to convert it is crashed twice. I now have 4.0 loaded and want to use the migration manager to bring over the information to 4.0. Ohter option is I can send you my 3.0 MSCRM and Metabase backup. You could upgrade it and help me redeploy it on the new server. Approximately 4000 Lead records, 1900 Contact Records
