We need a VB.NET ASPX web form - that takes the output from a the datareader object and converts it to a CSV file and allows the user to download the file locally.
Create a .NET webform which executes a query then downloads the result in a CSV file.
Preferred code is 'Visual Basic' 'ASP'
Database is MS SQL Server 2008
Form will be called by java menu and will feature three buttons [Start], [Quit], [Download]. Form will display 'Running', 'Done' and 'Number of records'.
