Cross platform 2D mobile game

It will be a recreation of an existing game app (you will have the opportunity to see how it works) I will provide detailed information of how I want the app to look like (screen by screen) Cross platform compatibility (iOS, Android and Windows phone) Cross device compatibility (SmartPhone and tablet) Cross resolution compatibility (Low and high resolution) 2D (no physics, no geolocation, no accelerometer) 3 worlds X 10 stages = 30 stages in total The stages will not need any extra design, Each stage will have different background image, which I will provide. Enemy movement, number of enemies and power ups will be adjusted so that the game will get more dificult after each stage. Power ups appearing on the screen (time freeze, turbo, extra life, super power, etc) Facebook - twitter integration for sharing Push notifications (if possible) In game purchases (users will have the option to buy power ups) Google Analytics integration Score World ranking (if possible) Free power up for opening the app (once a day) POPUP after 5th, 15th and 25th level The developer will have to upload the app to the app stores Let me know if you are capable of designing high quality graphics (if you do not mention this, I will assume that you did not take the time to read this project description) Also I will need to see samples of other games you have made. The game must comply with the app store and android market rules!
