Create a Mobile Website

I have started an MVC 5 ASP.NET 4.5 C# project using Visual Studio 2013 and SQL Server 2012. This project focuses on jQuery Mobile responsive design to give a cross-platform front end of certain views. Other views or same views will also have a desktop web versions, for which I use Bootstrap for appearance. I am using ASP.NET Identity to create users and user roles which are managed through an Admin view. The different views will be associated with different user roles and only users with the authorized role will be able to access the particular view. I have created some functionality already that executes SQL Server Stored Procedures through Entity Framework-based model objects. I need a competent and trustworthy developer with a sold understanding of the technologies listed below to take the development work of this project over from me. I need someone who will be able to offer technical guidance as well. • MVC 5 / ASP.NET • Entity Framework 6 • jQuery Mobile • Bootstrap • ASP.Net Identity • SQL Server and Stored Procedures • Angular JS The right person will need to be able to ask me relevant questions, provide mockups of what the web pages would look like, and document requirements in a clear way to insure that we both understand what work needs to be done and how. You will need to be able to assist me remotely online (by using tools like TeamViewer) to help me implement and / or troubleshoot the web site when it is installed in a production environment. Ideally I would like to see some examples of your work, especially for mobile that is created with jQuery Mobile and MVC 5 ASP.NET. This project includes the following objectives: 1. Review and finalize the user security using ASP.NET Identity of existing project 2. Polish the look and feel of the web desktop views with Bootstrap, and the mobile views with jQuery mobile 3. Add a web form (report) with an electronic signature capture box and a submit button and some quantity update input boxes. 4. Convert signed report to PDF and email file to some email addresses. I will provide you with more information regarding the appearance of the report and SQL statements to generate the data upon request. I will also provide you with the information and sample MVC project to demonstrate how the e-signature component can be used. I would expect you to ask me for this information and any other questions before you bid on this project.
