A stand-alone native iOS application could have the basic information available; a FINCA interactive directory with emails, maps and phone numbers in addition to links to the FINCA sites worldwide. Updating this information can be done through the delta update process from the Apple Store, updating information when an Internet connection is present through REST to the server and a combination of both methods. FINCA International is a charitable microfinance organization with locations worldwide. Creating a FINCA International Navigational application for public and employee use will provide a basic over view and single point of access to locations worldwide. Qualifications of the Contractor • The contractor must have experience in Objective C, iOS application development for • iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. SDK and APIs, Java, C, and C++, Cocoa, iOS. • The contractor should have history of or have also built application(s) involving cellular triangulation or GPS. • The contractor should have experience with large data sets and various data formats • (XML, KML, CSV), and web services and APIs, SQLite and REST.
