HELICOPTER COMBAT SIDE SCROLLER

Fun, side scroller game where you are the pilot of a heavily-armed gunship. The initial game is FREE, but only for the first 7 of 15 levels. If the player likes the game, and/or wishes to continue, they must pay an in-app purchase to unlock the remaining 8 levels. The gunship has 8 standard weapons and 2 additional in-app purchase weapons. This game is to have some great explosions, sfx, bullets (visible) and flying, cool game physics and interesting levels. All 15 levels are the scope of 5 iPad screens going left to right, blasting enemies, targets and various desirable objects are to be acquired to boost armor (health) ammo, points and more. Some but not all levels, you turn back around and go back (right to left) and encounter even more enemies. The gunship has a sped burst and a left, directional controller that goes in 8 directions, up, down, left turns the ship around, right, and 4 diagonals) VITAL importance is having bullets have their own physics. Programmer must be able to cleanly and accurately assign POINTS, DAMAGE, SPEED and HEALTH ratings for each enemy. GAME CENTER experience desired. UNIVERSAL coding desired but not 100% necessary. Clean, bug-free (as much as possible) code is a must. ALL sound and graphics already created. Enemies include tanks, pillboxes, other helicopters, suicide choppers, and much more. I did not create a prototype as I believe a side scroller is pretty well-known since the early 1980s. I have provided very clear art direction for each level and enemy. I would like this game to be for competitive players ages 10 and up, but there is some violence where the gunship blasts the evil enemy and they erupt in a spray of blood. At the same time, it is not Graphic, as the enemies are black alien silhouettes, and NOT fully-formed, human beings. The game’s graphics have initially been built for the iPad Retina Display’s 2,048 x 1536 pixel dimensions with graphics sliced in even pixel proportions and with the 72@2x suffix in PNG-24’s. Ultimately, I would like to create this game on multiple devices. The gunship hero is (not country-specific) universal, and I would like to have this game translated into up to a total of 10 languages and on a variety of devices for iOs, Android and Windows 8 platforms. Communication is to be through email, and I am looking for a programmer that is both patient and relatively nice. I have been an art director for many years, and I have, so far, a perfect success rate in communicating my ideas, and getting the results that i need withOUT being a jerk. If the programmer I use is ideal, I truly plan on using him/her for a variety of projects in the future, and plan on paying more as I gain more success in this new field. I am a professional graphic designer with 21 years of pro experience, and I would greatly love to start a new career with game apps. I have 40 game ideas, and I am looking for an honest, skilled programmer that has experience in coding. I am not looking for an ultra-fast programmer, but I am also not looking for someone slow. Accuracy and creating a game that is as bug-free as is realistically possible is what I want. I am extremely honest and transparent. This is my very first game and among my many goals are to initially create a revenue stream to fund my other games.
