Add to Visual C# IOS App (webview) => Splash screen, URL capture, Keep logged in, Push notifications

We are looking for someone to add some features in our very minimal visual c# IOS app. Our app only has a full screen webview object that loads a website. We want the following ( (15%) add a Splash screen when it loads (15%) capture URL clicks and if they are in the same domain to open in the app, if they are facebook pages links to open them in the installed facebook app of the IOS, else open a browser selection to open it with it. (30%) add "keep logged in" mechanism to allow the IOS app to remain always logged in unless they choose to logout (our web app is based on codeigniter) (40%) add push notifications and teach us on how to use the notifications mechanism (our web app is based on codeigniter) We would be handling any changes needed in our web app in codeigniter. All source code need to be delivered. Git must be used across all steps of the development and every time we need to test something the code must be pushed combiled and checked in our visual studio and emulators! If we are happy with the result and the co operation next project that will be awarded will be the same one in Android (steps 3 and 4 as the first 2 are done already).
