Hi. If you will accept me I can make your application in 10 days. If you don't have application design it can take longer. You said there will be more forms in future. I will give you a clean readable and mostly commented Java/Kotlin code so in future you can easily give this application to another developer and ask him to make improvements. I will also use well known libraries. This libraries are getting updated regularly and a lot of people are using it so there will be no missing or deprecated library problems and in case of any problem you can easily get support in programming forums,websites or groups. For keeping data offline I will use Realm. This library is very easy to setup and work with. For network calls I will use Retrofit and for Images I will use Glide.
