Android app - LAN paging system

I need an android app for Paging system : There will be no internet, but local wlan only. There will be several sender units running in android, There will be only one Receiver unit running in android. Sender unit: 1. Will have a floating (bell) button, 2. Always on top of any other open apps. 3. Automatic start on Start-up 4. once the bell button is pressed, it Pops up 4 buttons . Blue: A, Yellow Q, red J, Grey X 5. Grey X button is to cancel existing call. Receiver unit: Once a Sender pressed a button, Receiver receives a flash on the screen and a sound: Full screen color of the button pressed Shows the IP address of the unit that has pressed the call. Big number shows the last digit notation of the ip address User press button to close. If several calls are given at the same time, receiver unit displays the queue of other calls. Log file: Generate a log file on the receiver unit daily by the date, and reports the number of calls in a day.
