Android app raffle

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. (ALL IN 1 APP) * User Panel * Admin Panel *(User Panel has this features) 1. change password 2. change email 3. Deposit money/ Google Pay 4. Withdraw money (User needs to enter IBAN number and Bank name *(enter manually) Or Other method *( admin panel features) 1. Add raffel 2. add raffel name 3. Add raffle winning ( Turkish Lira ₺ Amount ) 4. Add raffel Price for users yo pay when they enter the raffle. How raffle system works. User register with, Username, Password, Email, Date of Birth. * Admin Post Raffle example: ( winning price 50 TRY) raffel and user needs to pay the amount the admin asking for example 50 TRY raffle to join this raffle you need to Pay 5 TRY and user will get notification if they win or lost. User needs to pay/deposit money using "PAYTR" Search paytr entegration this is important *Payment methods 1. Paytr 2. Papara 3. Google pay The money that users deposit to app this will come to my bank account/Google play account Hosting and Domain already I bought it.
