Android app that reads QR codes and updates a Postgresql database

We require an Android application for reading QR codes and modifying tuples in a PostgreSQL database. 1. Authenticate users in the users table using username, password and device’s IMEI. This means that only our phones will be able to use the app. No password recovery option. 2. Sign out after a configurable period of time. 3. Read a QR code and send an https (encrypted) request with the captured data as payload to retrieve a value and display it on the device, also update the record read with the location of the device. 4. Capture a date, time, ticket image and location. Support local storage in the case that there is no mobile data or wifi, as soon as there is internet update the postgresql remote database with the locally saved tuples. 5. Capture the user's handwritten signature and save it in the database. 6. Query saved signatures from database. 7. Use a general styling theme (orange) To achieve the above, you are going to require a service in the server that modifies the database according to the requests of the android app As a finished product you will deliver the source code of the android application and the service on the server working online in the test database that we have or any other that you configure in any other free site for demos.
