There is an windows application made by VB.NET and we need to remake it in Android to use tablets. The purpose of the application is to control a LED display on board (on car). the connection with the display must be via USB port with the drivers of FTDI chip. We prefer the project to be build in Microsoft Visual Studio with Xamarin library and finally we will like to have the source code for editing in our company.
