Android Coder needed for recycle view, video player

As my title, I need an android app. Who can - Integrate video player in my android app. In the RecycleView. so when video come it start auto play and pause like instagram. It should work smoothly there should no lag while scrolling, also app should not crash - 2nd task is i already intigrated facebook native ads in my recycle view. but it show same ad after each item. i want show diffrent ads. - 3rd task is create a simple grid recycle view when we click on it, it should open new activity.. with video player I cant send you source, you have to work using anydesk.
