Design a mobile phone app to initiate a claims process against an event scraped from a trusted source. Liability accepted and fixed penalty charge. Mobile app needs to both start the claim process and report on it's outcome. Claims process controlled by smart contract on the EVM
Some possible outcomes include:
1) a match with an event, an automated immediate payment generated and claim classified as success;
2) user prompted with a selection of near events which if selected willl result in a successful claim; 3) no matches to events, after 24 hrs of polling event dB every 10 secs, claim classified as failure.
