I have an existing project that displays a panel once text is copied. The requirements are as follows: 1. The panel that comes up when you copy. I want that panel to be permanently visible. 2. The user can hide or display the panel and functionality of an app via a switch on the notification bar of the phone. 3. There needs to be an editTextview on the panel so a user can click and change the text. 4. a button that when pressed will move the panel up a little bit.
