This is the first version for eFestival system.
A- the deliverable 1)source code. 2)running version
B- eFestival is designed for animal racing and contests festivals. the participants register online or login using UAE pass and add their animal information.
-the administrator adds the contest (event) and specifies the prizes.
-they select the 'events they want to participate in and select the animal the want to use in that event (race the contest).
- the data entry staff checks the participant verification documents and print the badge.
-then the medical staff checks the medical status of the human contestants who will ride the camels in the camel race. Anthe medical status of all the animals. if the animal is rejected the participant gets notified. after the medical staff approval, the name of the animal and its owner is added to the contestants' list of that event.
-the race coordinator can then print the contestants' list to lineup the animals for the event. and he can log the results after the event.
-finally the accountant, and [login to view URL] users release the prize to the participant and attach the receipt.
This document is the basic intended for any developer, that needs to understand the basic system architecture and its specifications.
** Users interface should be in Arabic , English is a plus.
