Create an app

Create an app that would link Twitter, Facebook, Instagram? So if the user posts on my app, it would be sent out to any/all of the three the user specifies. The app would function as a social media marketing tool for restaurants. So a user would post about their experience at the restaurant, through this app. And the app would then send out the message to through the social media outlets. I would like the app to be able to recognize the context of the post, and give the user points depending upon the context of the post. For example: 1 point: plain text; 2 points: add location into post or tag the restaurant The number of points given is multiplied by the number of social media outlets the post is shared on. So lets say you go to a restaurant and you want to post about it through this app. Your message says "Had a great time at Chesters" And you send it through Insta & FB You get 1 point for a text post multiplied by 2 for the 2 social media outlets you shared it on so you would get a total number of 2 points BUT lets say your post said "had a great time at chesters" AND you added the location of the restaurant into your post PLUS a picture. That would be 1 point for the text post, 2 for the location tag, and 2 for the picture. for a total of 5 points. then multiplied by the 2 social media outlets you shared it on for a grand total of 10 points. A user would be able to choose from IG, Facebook, Twitter. Restaurants/companies would pay for their business to be associated with it. There would be 3 modes to the app A mode for the restaurant manager A mode for me And a mode for the diner. Perhaps just two to start with though. For myself and the diner. So each user would have their own points. These points act as tickets in a grand raffle. So I would need each user's points/tickets to be compiled together into a virtual pot on mode. Which I can then virtually pick out a single ticket from. Similar to how a raffle works. This ticket would not to continue to be associated with the specific person so they can claim their winnings. on my mode*** This ticket would need to continue to be*** The system resets and the "sweepstakes" begins again. Everyone would go back to 0 points and each restaurant/company would need to re-buy into be apart of the next round. Reward will change at my discretion. Depending upon how much money I can raise each round. Rounds will last 2 or 3 or 4 months, I have not decided yet. I want users to be able search via location. So I would like the the users to be able to enter their location, and app populate all participating restaurants. one worry I have in regards to development is integrity. I need to ensure that each person is only posting once per visit. And only posting about places they have visited I also want to ensure that each user only has one account. I think between phone number and name as on government ID we would be okay. At least for the time being. Later versions we can add in bio-metrics when the data is more often used. But let's talk about the latter issue, ensure a user only makes truthful posts. My concern is, without proper measure in place. A user could just sit at home, making fake posts for a variety of restaurants,staking up their points to increase their chance of winning. I want users to be given 24 - 48 hours (haven't decided yet) after their visit to the restaurant to post. I don't want users to feel pressured to post while at the restaurant. But I don't want them waiting too long either. I want the post to be fresh. My issues with this idea, is the complexity and I feel it makes the app less seamless. Kind of creates an unwanted barrier for use. To it is the best I have come up with so let me know what you think.. Problem: What is stopping users from posting more than just to the place they have visited and what is stopping them from posting more than the number of times they have visited?
