Ionic App Managing Order List

I need an Ionic app to manage a list of orders to deliver. For each order, there are actions to be performed. A GPS will report app user (driver)'s location. When new order comes, it rings like a phone to notify the driver to either select "Take Order" or "Ignore". Once an order is taken, the user's location is being reported. Other actions the driver can have: "Pick Up", "Delivered". I want to make sure to use the latest Ionic Framework for this project.
