Looking to create a 2D virtual chat program that runs via HTML 5, or via iOS app. Great example of this would be Habbo Hotel, or Club Penguin. However, we are not looking to create it with a slew of options at first. A generic version that is up-gradable as we grow would be great.
Must Be Able To Do The Following
- iOS or HTML 5
- Users select a character (including gender)
- Users can change hair, face, race, shirt, pants and shoes
- Users can create their own rooms and decorate it with furniture
- Users can chat to each other in rooms
- Users can visit other user rooms or visit each other in lobby.
- Must be a framework we can build on later to add things such as PMs, Badges, Achievements, point system, user to user trading etc.
- Admin accounts to block, add, remove users.
- We have a wordpress ran site in development and would be nice if user registration / login details were handled through wordpress's database.
Please checkout [login to view URL] to see what we are looking to accomplish. However, we do not need all the bells and whistles at this time. We would like to be able to grow it slowly adding features as we go and our user base expands.
Any other thoughts, suggestions or maybe you know of a pre-existing framework is welcome. This will be an ongoing project where you or your team will be supplied with projects to extend the functionality frequently.
Thanks!
Hi, Dino here, I would be interested in discussing this project with you. Thanks for the consideration, I hope to hear from you soon.
Please check my portfolio
I want to submit WORKING DEMO for your project, so you are convinced of my skills and be able to see some progress before hiring the right person.
I will start working on the DEMO after hearing back from you,
Thanks,
We are very interested in this project. I have read your above description and i think its well within our range to execute this is in a good time frame so would you be kind enough to message me so we can have a fast and understanding agreement.
I am a software engineer by profession, I can certainly tell you that I would be able to use your Wordpress database for player authentication. I can also build the HTML5 game and later adopt Ionic for either Android or iOS apps. The problem is that I would need all the art provided as I am not a graphic designer. Art is rather subjective so I would rather have you pick which pieces to use, every angle for every item would have to be provided.
