Java OpenCV on Android OS Resource Needed

We have existing code that captures a single fingerprint using an Android device and its built-in onboard camera. I need a resource to take this existing code and expand it so that it captures all 4 fingers at one time for each hand, and then each thumb for each hand. Again presently it will capture a single finger and the thumb at a time. I need someone who understands Matlab, OpenCV or perhaps Java that can simply and quickly add this functionality. Additionally, we are currently using the camera on the Android device, however, I would like an option to select a secondary camera to use instead that will be plugged into the USB port of the phone or tablet. This would be a selection configuration in the interface, selected by a checkbox, radio button, or dropdown that the user would select. So to recap the android application will do the following: 1. APK opens and runs on Android 2. Scan 4 fingerprints at one-time in a single pass using the onboard or secondary USB port camera. 3. You must provide the final source code. 4. Use Java or Android Studio Development environment. 5. SQLite as the DB. 6. We have a specific camera that will be used, not the onboard front or rear facing the camera, so there must be a process to select or choice which camera will be used to capture the fingerprints. The app must also allow the selected camera to be set as the default so that it does not have to be selected again when used again. Lastly just to recap, the current old source captures a single finger with a camera and matches the fingerprint identity, based upon that single fingerprint capture. I want to take that process, and allow the capture of all four fingers in one image, for each hand, and a single capture for each thumb for each hand, and segment those four fingerprints for each hand, into single images so that they can be matched in the validation process. This is a known process and would be known by someone who is knowledgeable of fingerprinting processes, and OpenCV. I am attaching an image of the current desktop process, which this will be similar, except it will be running on a mobile device. I am also attaching an example image of four fingers being captured with a camera. After the NDA is in place, I will share the example code that requires modification to function as outlined. This is needed quickly, so it will require a resource that is experienced and can work quickly. However, this may be on-going after this milestone, for the right resource, as 3 other related milestones are required after this one is completed.
