Unity Android Plugin, that accesses the Media Store Audios und Media Player

I need an Android Plugin for Unity so that I can access Android Media Store Audios (mp3s) via Unity and get the full metadata (URI of File, Title, etc.). Also I want to access the build in audio player of android via unity. Hand over the id of the media I want to play, start and stop playing and pull playing progress into unity. Also I want to set playing position while playing through Unity. It should be able to play a playlist provided from unity - also it should be possible to send the current playlist back to unity (if the program is restarted). Of course I can play Audio with unity itself, but it doesn't play in background, so I want the Android player do the playing and Unity to provide the interface. Update: You can use the source Code of UnityNative Plugin, provided on Github, which does basically all the stuff needed, but has no direct access to Audio, since it is not implemented.
