Video Call integration on Ionic mobile App

My app is an on demand mobil application based on the following platforms:
- Ionic 3 lab framework
- Node.js for Backend
- Stripe for payments
- HTML / CSS
Our previous developers have created 3 platforms:
- one app for clients
- second app for dog walkers
- Admin site where we approve and disapprove walkers as well as manage data.
We are currently looking to integrate video conference call to be active as soon as a dog walker accepts the request from the client to walk their dog, please see attachment.
Another feature that we would like to integrate is the instagram API and Facebook.
We would like to add a filter to all of the pictures shared from the walker to the dog owner
WE WILL CREATE 3 MILESTONES:
- The first one for video call integration which is a priority right now, and will be released after testing to working properly
- The second will be created and release after testing functionality on Facebook and instagram apis
- Third after testing both features to work properly on our side.
All designs could be modified per suggestions from developer.
