Write an Android application

We require a custom Android VPN application. This must be configured to work with StrongSwan.
The app must have our company branding, a drop down list of our server locations (which is just the server hostname), it must also include the username and password. The app must also have our .pem certificate built in so it automatically adds the certificate to the vpn settings.
We require experienced app writers who can complete this project with confidence and within a fast time frame.
Ideally we would also like some documentation on how we can edit the app, things like logo, server locations (hostnames) etc.
We can give some example software from other providers if required.
