Write an Android application

Job Description: We are looking to hire an Android developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Android mobile application . Job Requirement: ● Given a UX should be able to produce UIs. ● Good understanding of the various layout patterns and schemes available in Android and knowing when to use which. ● Ability to build app using graphics and animations. ● Should have deep knowledge of handling RESTful APIs from a Consumption perspective. ● Should have a good understanding of how to implement caching and storage on the mobile side. (Data Storage) ● Should be comfortable with coding for facilitating asynchronous and parallel calls to the backend resources. ● Active participant in high level technical discussions. ● should have a very good understanding of the complete end­2­end mobile Development lifecycle for Android. ● Write and execute test cases for all functions. ● Report, track and fix defects. ● Write and maintain technical documentation. ● Highly conversant in technology and technical terms. ● Understanding of business needs and ensuring that delivered solutions meet the Defined quality parameters. ● Should have worked in agile model of development. Qualification: Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or a related field, or having strong related work experience with 3+ years of experience in building enterprise level android mobile applications. The candidate should follow adhered good coding practices and should not shy away from writing good documentation around code and having elaborate test cases covering the written code. The candidate should also have at least a couple of active apps in the android market.
