I currently run a website from which a spreadsheet is downloaded for the user to enter sports results to predict the winner of a competition. I wish to have an app developed that migrates this spreadsheet functionality to a mobile android app. Ultimately an iOS app and Windows app will also be required. As an IT professional myself I understand how much a clear specification is required in order for a win win in these types of bids. Consequently I have put together detailed information on the app specification which is in the attached word document . I am also providing a fully working version of the spreadsheet as part of this request. I will be happy to answer any queries at any stage.
