Write an Android application with php backend

I need an android application with php backend where in there should be a simple list view. The list view should contain two items. one should be "post" one should be "upload photos" . When the user clicks "post", new activity should be open which will have three fields and a button. The three fields are . 1) attach photos 2) details 3) contact number. When the user enters details such as attaches photos, details(text) and contact number and clicks submit, the data should be sent to the php backend and be displayed on a webpage. Second item in the list view is upload photos. The user should click upload photos, and new activity opens. There should be a provision for uploading photos and when the user clicks upload it should go to the mysql database and should be accessible form admin panel. So. in this project total three items are required 1) android app with simple list view 2) a simple webpage to display data posted from within andorid application using post option in the list view 3) an admin panel to view photos uploaded using upload option of list view.
