convert .sql file so I can use the tables in Power BI

I have a .sql file. (1) I need to convert the file so that I can connect to the tables in the file with Power BI. (2) When I try to open the .sql file in SQL Server Management Studio, I can see a lot of tables, and I can see the columns in the tables, but the data in the columns is blank. (3) When I try to open the .sql file in SQLLite I get an odd error..."Error Importing Data. Error in Statement. Syntax Error". My data is confidential, so I can not send the file.
