A brief description of what I want. Some minor changes maybe. Quiz Student section // Signup - name, email, username, password (check email and username is not already used) Login - to use php sessions Forgot password Choice category 10 questions picked at random from question bank. All multiple choice with 4 options to pick from Timer on each question before it moves to next questions At the end it saved results to MySQL dB so teacher can view at a later date. User can review past quiz and see which questions they got wrong and right and see the correct answers. Teacher Section // Add category’s Add questions and answers for each category View students taken quiz and see what they got correct and incorrect. Edit and delete options for category’s and questions Edit and delete students Login for admin This needs to use bootstrap and be mobile friendly.

I made a program like this, however it was developed with c#.net + dev express with sql server database. the system was protected with logins. Teacher should register to use the system and students as well. During registration, system will send via email its temporary username and password. And that can be used by the time admin approves the registration. Question are being categorized in many ways. Example, their are question that are made through image, voice recordings, or by words itself and many more. I can redesign the system using php codeigniter with mysql database.
