Download a sql light database from a sftp Basic plan Write a service to keep my sql database up to date , adding and removing rows when they are removed from sql lite database read a sqllite database to get specific data, multiple queries will be needed insert data into a mysql database More detail sqllite database is a plex database containing meta data and file locations, you will need to find the data needed(picture location/file location/description /title / episode and season number/ codec/ resolution media type ect ) the mysql database will be a iptv database that will insert data found in the sql lite database in a specific way that will allow devices to play the content knowledge of sqllite /mysql/ iptv/c# / services / visual studio needed you will need to understand the requirements and have a method of finding the existing queries using phpmyadmin and mysql logs to make sure that what you are inserting is not missing separate tables a physical mag device to test would help you significantly

I am expert of C# using VS. I am also very good at using flat file sqlite and mysql from C#. I have developed many windows services before. I have read and understand the scope, however I would need samples data and schema of both dbs to actually work on them. I will devise my own solution to avoid duplicates or missing ones.
