Create GCP Firewall Rules ( Allow IP Ranges )

Here is the short answer for you, let me know if you want me to do it for you. To restrict access to a GCP public IP virtual machine to specific IP ranges, create a firewall rule in the Google Cloud Console with the desired source IP ranges and target instances. In the rule, select "IP Ranges" as the source filter and enter the allowed IP ranges in CIDR notation. The target instances should be specified by their tags or instance names.
